Second, the Student-Directed Transition Planning materials, which teach students the knowledge needed to engage in transition planning discussions, will be described. Third, the Self-Directed IEP lesson package, which teaches students the skills to become actively involved in their IEP meeting, will be discussed. Fourth, the IEP Team Education Module, which teaches IEP team members what they need to do to facilitate student involvement, will be examined. Fifth, the Take Action goal attainment lesson package, which teaches students to attain their own annual transition goals, will be described.
