Whether you're an incoming freshman, a seasoned college student about to finish a bachelor's with an eye on graduate studies, or a professional educator wanting to further your career, the University of Oklahoma College of Education offers degree programs aimed at meeting the needs of undergraduate and graduate students as well as veteran educators.

In addition to our unique TE-PLUS teacher preparation program, the College is home to nationally-recognized programs in counseling psychology, educational psychology, continuing education, school improvement, early childhood literacy, school administration, and multi-cultural issues in education. This year, U.S. News and World Report ranked the OU College of Education as the 40th best Graduate Program of Education in the country.

The College's programs are accredited and approved by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, the Oklahoma State Department of Education, and the American Psychological Association as well as several professional associations for specific subject areas.

Students in the College of Education are challenged by some of the country's leading faculty members in their areas, offering a challenging classroom environment and opportunities for research with highly cited faculty.
