The Early Childhood Education Institute, in partnership with the OU-Tulsa Professional Development Leadership Academy and the Child Care Resource Center of Tulsa, invites you to join us for our third annual Leadership Institute. This event is designed to provide information and practical solutions as we work to ensure the highest quality early learning experiences for Oklahoma children. This year we will be welcoming back Dr. Linda Espinosa as our Keynote speaker. Dr. Espinosa will be focusing on effective strategies for working with young dual language learners. She will deliver the following keynote addresses:
• On Friday, November 6th, she will present "Using Research to Design Effective Instruction and Assessment for Young Dual Language Learners";
• On Saturday, November 7th, she will present "How to Support Language and Literacy Development for Young Dual Language Learners".
