Research Services

This semester we added several new services designed to lighten some of the burden of research and to increase your productivity. We are excited about helping with your quantitative and qualitative research and are ready to help with anything from collecting data to designing a web page. To request our services, you may email CEDAR or stop by our office anytime. Our ability to help is dependent the availability of our resources and not all services are available to graduate students, but we will always try our best to meet your needs. Please review the list of our services. If these do not meet your needs, let's talk about it! We will expand our services or try and find someone else who can meet your needs.

Data Services: Graduate assistants help you collect, interpret, analyze, manipulate, format, input and transcribe data.. Click here for Policy.

Facilities: Our space is available for research meetings or if you just need a place to spread out your work.

Academic Editing:  Whether you require an objective editorial eye, assistance organizing your ideas, or need some constructive criticism, we can help you with your academic writing.  Our academic editors can help you meet writing challenges ranging from citation styles to English as a second language.

Survey Design:  Our staff is trained in SurveyMonkey.  We can input and distribute your electronic survey, monitor responses and provide summaries of the survey responses.

Grant Writing:  We can help you write effective grant proposals, create checklists for documentation and build budgets.

Software:  CEDAR sponsors workshops on NVivo and Endnote as well as offering individual support on SPSS.

Other Services:  Our scope of services was built on a foundation of feedback from you.  Just let us know how we can help and we will try to customize our services to meet your needs.
