Cancellations and No-Show Policy

When appointments are made, a specific block of time and a specific counseling room are set aside. Because counselors make special efforts to be here for appointments and clinic schedules are often utilized, cancellations on short notice or missed appointments are costly to our ability to provide services. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations or rescheduling. We are pleased to provide appointment reminder cards, but we must charge the assigned session fee for all appointments either missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
