Making Appointments

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, as well as Saturday mornings. Evening and weekend appointments are available, although we do have reduced hours in the summer that do not include Saturdays. You can make an appointment by calling (405)325-2914. Intakes can usually be scheduled quickly, and walk-in appointments can often be provided on an emergency basis.

When calling to set up an appointment, clinic staff will discuss clinic policy and procedures, gather general contact information, assess the prospective client's counseling needs, assist in resolving any crisis situations, and attempt to match the individual with a counselor who may best fit the needs of the client. Assignments and intake appointments can usually be made within a week of the initial inquiry. During transitional periods at the end of an academic year or during the summer, it may take a bit longer due to reduced counselor availability. If we are unable to provide the appropriate service, we will gladly assist with a referral. Please call the clinic at any time if you have questions about services.

The clinic operates with reduced hours during semester breaks at the University of Oklahoma and is closed on Saturdays during the summer.

For an appointment, please call (405)325-2914.
